These Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure every user can enjoy First safely and responsibly.
We take copyrights very seriously. If you don’t own the rights to a photo or video, please don’t post it, as it’s against our rules and may get you blocked from First.
We’re a very diverse community. This means you should respect other people’s beliefs, interests and property while on First. You should behave the same way on First as you would in real life.
If you are under the legal drinking age in your state or county, do not try to post a date under any of the “Drinks” categories which involve alcohol, such as “Wine”, “Beer”, or “DRINKS”. Your date will not be visible to other users and you will be wondering why no one has submitted to your date.
In addition, if you are under the legal drinking age in your state or county, do not try to post a submission to a date under any of the “Drinks” categories which involve alcohol, such as “Wine”, “Beer”, or “DRINKS”. Your submission will not be visible to the date poster and you will be wondering why you’re never chosen for dates of that nature.
You will be of legal drinking age before you know it!
When you choose a winner for a date that you’ve posted, or are chosen as a winner for a date that you posted a submission to, your Date will probably be putting a lot of effort and time into getting to the date. If you stand that person up, you’re not the type of User that is making First enjoyable for others. You may be blocked from First without warning at our discretion if you are a no-show or are late to a date.
Enjoy your time on First. Post dates, pick winners and meet up, or post submissions to dates and win! Whatever you do, have fun doing it.
First meetings are exciting, but always take precautions and follow these guidelines to help you stay safe:
We recommend that your first meeting be in a public, well-populated place that is familiar to you. Verified users have been checked to ensure that their identity and pictures match, but we cannot guarantee that any user is not a bad actor. It’s up to you to research and do your due diligence.
Meet for the first time in a populated, public place – never in a private or remote location, and never at your home or apartment. If your date pressures you, end the date and leave at once.
Inform a friend or family member of your plans and when and where you’re going. Make sure you have your cell phone charged and with you at all times.
You need to be independent and in control of your own transportation, especially in case things don’t work out.
Consumption of alcohol and/or other drugs can impair your judgment and potentially put you in danger. It’s important to keep a clear mind and avoid anything that might place you at risk. Know your limits, stay above the influence, and be aware that bad actors might try to take advantage of you by altering your beverage(s) with synthetic substances.
We hope you’ll meet people in real life through First, so we ask that you use your real name, photo and info in your profile. Don’t pretend to be someone else.
First strictly prohibits the uploading of any pornographic material. Don’t try it!
We don’t look kindly on illegal activity on First, so you’ll certainly be banned from the site, and may be reported to the authorities.
First isn’t for selling things. If you try to use it as a marketplace you’ll be banned.
First is for 18+ years, therefore we don’t allow kids to be alone in photos as representatives of their parents on First. In addition, all children must be completely clothed. This is safer for both children and their parents.
If you don’t follow these guidelines, you’ll receive a warning (unless our team decides to block without warning at our discretion). If you ignore this warning, you risk losing your account. These guidelines are designed to make First a friendly and safe place for all our users.
